1. COLLECTIVE PAINTING

The concept is that the entire team will collaborate on a single painting, We can discuss and plan the motive together and the functionality of it all. have a look at the videos to get a better idea of how great it will be :) 

The painting would likely remain in the office, serving as a reminder for everyone who visits and works there.

2. WATER COLOUR NATURE 

This is once again a simple painting achieved with a vibrant, abstract wet  watercolor technique. The results are stunning! Trust me, anyone can do it—I’ve done this exact workshop with 8-year-olds, and it’s always a hit.

In this activity, everyone takes home their own painting the next day.

1. GEMEINSAMES MALEN

Die Idee ist, dass das gesamte Team gemeinsam an einem Gemälde arbeitet. Wir können das Motiv gemeinsam besprechen und planen, sowie die Funktionalität des Ganzen. Schaut euch die Videos an, um eine bessere Vorstellung davon zu bekommen, wie großartig es sein wird :)

Das Gemälde würde wahrscheinlich im Büro bleiben und für alle, die es besuchen und dort arbeiten, als Erinnerung dienen.

2. WASSERFARBEN-NATUR

Dies ist erneut ein einfaches Gemälde, das mit einer lebendigen, abstrakten Aquarelltechnik mit viel Wasser erreicht wurde. Die Ergebnisse sind atemberaubend! Glaubt mir, das kann jeder – ich habe diesen Workshop genau so schon mit 8-Jährigen gemacht, und es kommt immer gut an.

Bei dieser Aktivität nimmt jeder am nächsten Tag sein eigenes Gemälde mit nach Hause.

I asked my art students to add another layer in the studio, and I added a couple of details myself. But for a team-building concept, you would have the original team version in your company 😉.

2. WATER COLOUR NATURE

  • I had the pleasure of hosting a watercolour workshop with associates from the Biopharma industry in Basel. The results were not only visually stunning, but the team spirit was positively infectious. It’s incredible how stepping out of the work mode and embracing a creative experience can foster such a positive atmosphere. The workshop, sp anning 3-4 hours with delightful snacking intervals, proved to be a refreshing break from the routine.

    A big shoutout to this brave Biopharma team that embraced the challenge, understanding that the potential for failure is just a stepping stone to unexpected beauty. Every painting reflects a bit of personality, making each one truly unique. Thank you to all the courageous team members who ventured out of their comfort zones – your efforts were truly commendable, and the results speak for themselves!

    Undoubtedly, this watercolour workshop has proven to be an exceptional team-building idea for companies. It’s a chance to face challenges in a different light, realizing that, just like in art, sometimes a happy little accident can lead to something beautiful. To those who may hesitate to put a paintbrush to paper – you know who you are! Free your mind, gather your team, and let the paint flow.
